What you are never charged for

The one cost that is not ours: Stripe takes its usual processing fee out of each rent payment, as it would anywhere. You choose whether to absorb that or add it to the driver's invoice, per agreement. Wheelo adds nothing on top of it.
When you actually get charged
A trial that quietly turns into a payment is the fastest way to lose trust, so here is the whole timeline.

- After cancellingNothing is deleted. Your records stay here and you can still log in and record payments — only new cars, drivers and agreements are paused. Resubscribe whenever you want to start collecting automatically again.
